Do you need access to my Google Ads account?+
For managed monitoring or our paid install service, yes. We need standard Google Ads user access. For scripts you install yourself, no access is required. You paste the script in once.
What if a Google change breaks a script?+
Every script carries a 12-month update guarantee. If a Google Ads change breaks it within 12 months of purchase, the fixed version is sent to you free.
Are there contracts on monitoring?+
